Is it really free to join?

Yes. Creating your profile and getting verified are free. Premium lead purchases are optional and cost A$25 each. Any charges for an opportunity are shown before you commit.

How much do you charge?

Premium leads cost A$25 total to unlock the full brief and customer contact details, with no additional KeyTrade success fee on that job. Each is sold to at most three businesses and does not guarantee work. Standard quote invitations use a separate 3% success fee (minimum A$99) if your quote is accepted. Check the terms on each offer.

What trades do you take?

Plumbers, electricians, tilers, roofers, carpenters, painters, HVAC, glazing, scaffolding, rope access, cleaning, maintenance and many more — 50+ trade categories in total. If you're licensed and insured, we want to hear from you.

How do I know a lead is worth quoting on?

Review the job summary and general location before buying a premium lead. Customer contact details, the full brief and any available attachments unlock after payment. You can then call the customer to clarify the scope and arrange a site visit before quoting.

What do I need to join?

Your trade, service area, relevant licences, active insurance and supporting documents. Complete verification so you can be considered for matching jobs. Signing up does not guarantee leads or work.

How do I get paid?

You agree the work and invoice the client directly. Premium purchases have no additional KeyTrade success fee on that job. Standard quote invitations have a 3% success fee (minimum A$99) when accepted, as shown in the offer.
